Terms of Service

DiagDex is evolving software offered in paid early access. Features may change, be corrected, or be temporarily unavailable as reliability improves. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect.

DiagDex organizes information and provides AI-assisted suggestions. It does not replace service information, safety procedures, technical training, inspections, or your professional judgment.

You are responsible for protecting your account and for having the right to enter the information you submit. You retain ownership of your original repair content. You grant Diagdex the limited rights needed to store, process, secure, and return that content as part of the service.

Do not misuse Diagdex to access another account, upload malicious material, evade usage or billing controls, expose confidential customer information, or represent unverified information as a confirmed repair.

Current early access is offered as a monthly subscription. Billing details, renewal terms, and cancellation controls are presented during checkout and account management. Refund and cancellation language will be finalized before wider release.

The service is provided on an early-access basis without a promise that every result will be complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific repair. Final warranty, limitation-of-liability, governing-law, and dispute terms require legal review before public launch.
